I had a decent stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right near all the attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any questions. I also enjoyed that my room had a great TV with a clear picture - perfect for relaxing after a busy day!
There were several downsides. The building felt quite dated, and my room could've used some TLC. The complementary breakfast left a lot to be desired as many items were out or cold. Plus, the pool being closed for maintenance was a huge bummer. it was an average experience with room for improvement.

hello, so we ended up on a road trip at the clarion inn in lancaster. first impression from the outside is unfortunately a little bit well let's say not so good, located directly at a main road and from the outside the facade has seen better days. we were lucky the room was behind the entrance hall with view to the courtyard where there is also a pool but we didn't use it during one night! room was very spacious and had the natural american cleaning smell of chlorine but you have to accept that when you go there! :-). what is absolutely still an american shortcoming, here are the carpets in the rooms which unfortunately smell very damp and musty! otherwise the room was clean and beds ok! the best thing was the breakfast, there was really nothing to complain about and it was one of the best on the whole round trip!! :-). milk, coffee, juice, fruit, fruits, sausages, bacon, bread, bagels, jam, cornflakes, muesli, cereal, so more is not possible for americans!!!. all this at the best price on the whole route!!!. so if you are not too picky and don't always need high end, you are in good hands for 1-2 nights here!

Had an excellent stay for two nights & would want to stay there again. This accommodation was in the central location close to event we were attending. It was also right by shops and Lancaster and restaurants.
Can’t think of anything.

motel within the usual limits. it's not particularly noticeable, it doesn't stand out either. regarding quietness the rooms are to be preferred against the indoor pool. rooms are quite large and well equipped. breakfast itself is to be evaluated positively.
The breakfast room is undercooled and there is also an unpleasant draught.

The room was comfortable
The breakfast service was lousy because there was not just one dining room for many people and there was no variety of food

Cozy lobby and wonderful staff
The room was clean and cozy, and I loved the jetted bathtub. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The lobby area was great. Some shared areas could use better maintenance.
